shipping information

We endeavour to get your products to you as quickly as possible. Trikiklouse reputable courier services, or the postal service to deliver your purchase(s) or when local (within Athens) our own drivers are appointed. Any charges are based on per item. Courier charges that are applied will depend on the size of the product(s) purchased and where it is being sent. If a product is in stock it will usually be delivered to your front door within five to seven working days. In the case of a delay with your item(s) we will call or email you to let you know when you can expect delivery. However, please note on special orders, delivery can take from 6-8 weeks delivery.

Delivery options:
a) by courier
b) by post (usual - express - door to door)
c) by transport company (bulky items)

Transport company goods travel under the responsibility and for the account of the customer. All the goods will be delivered to the transporters premises. For collection of your goods please contact the shipping company to arrange further delivery or collection. Details of the shipping company will be provided to you by email.

Overseas orders
We are also able to deliver some items overseas, if you would like a quote on international delivery, please contact us at info@trikiklo.com or complete the ordering process and forward your details as indicated the system procedure, we will contact you thereafter to confirm details.
