GENERAL

How secure is this website?
Trikiklo do not process your credit card payments they are processed through Eurobank's Secure Socket Layer Web Server Encryption system - therefore, in layman's terms this basically means that any information about your credit card is taken directly by the bank and encrypted or scrambled between your PC and their servers, meaning other computers are unable to make sense of it. This makes your information impossible to intercept or steal.

What method of payment you accept?
We accept Visa or MasterCard. This is the safest method of payment. Please note that if electing to pay by credit card YOUR ORDER WILL BE CHARGED AT THE TIME YOU SUBMIT THE FORM. This is because Trikiklo utilizes a secure credit card processor, meaning your credit card details and payment goes directly to Visa or MasterCard through a secure payment server with an assured bank. (Eurobank)  Once your credit card has been verified we will ship your goods.

How will I know my order is being processed?
You will receive confirmation of your order once the checkout process is complete. You may also print off the final screen of your login records. If there is likely to be a delay in sending your order we will telephone to explain and give an estimated delivery time.

How long would it take for one of your products to be delivered?
We endeavour to get your products to you as quickly as possible. Trikiklouse reputable courier services, or the postal service to deliver your purchase(s) or when local (within Athens) our own drivers are appointed. Any charges are based on per item. Courier charges that are applied will depend on the size of the product(s) purchased and where it is being sent. If a product is in stock it will usually be delivered to your front door within five to seven working days. In the case of a delay with your item(s) we will call or email you to let you know when you can expect delivery. However, please note on special orders, delivery can take from 6-8 weeks delivery.

Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes, telephone credit card orders can be made by calling Tel: + 30 210 9855433 during opening hours.  Mon, Wed & Sat. - 9.30 a.m. -5 pm   Tues,
Thurs & Friday – 9.30 a.m. – 9 p.m.

What will happen if my order is out of stock?
Trikiklo makes every effort not to be out of stock on most product lines, but with popular items there may be an occasion that we run out of stock. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered we'll call or e-mail you within 24 hours to let you know when it will be available. You may choose to wait for the item, or your may cancel your order, in which case if we have processed your credit card the transaction will be reversed.

Do you deliver overseas?
We can ship specific items internationally. If you want to be informed according to the shipping freight, outside of Greece, please contact at info@trikiklo.com.

I am looking for a product but cannot find it on the Trikiklo website.
Contact us by email info@trikiklo.com as not all the products from our store appear online.

What should I do if a part is missing?
For any undelivered goods or parts please contact us within 7 days and we will investigate the cause. If necessary we will send replacements.

What do I do if my product breaks down during the guarantee period?
Look for any visible signs of the breakdown and consult the troubleshooting guide in the manufacturers handbook or on their website. If you still need a repair, call one of the Trikiklo  team on +30 210 9855433. You will be asked for details of the model number and date of purchase. Your receipt and manufacturer' handbook provides this information and acts as your guarantee, so please make sure that you keep it throughout your guarantee period. We always honour the manufacturer's guarantee period where offered; these are usually one year unless otherwise stated. Please see individual product pages for details.

The following service and repair costs are excluded from the guarantee:

  • Repairs due to breakdown caused by use other than domestic by you or family, or by deliberate damage or neglect of the product.
  • Cosmetic damage and/or non-functional parts which do not affect the normal use of the product including cabinet trim, scratches and rust.
  • Work which relates to a manufacturer's recall of the product.
  • Any loss suffered as a result of not being able to use the product, or any loss other than the repair or the replacement cost of the product.
  • We reserve the right to charge for the expense of a service call when no fault has been found with the product after we have inspected it.

For specific orders NOT ONLINE what is the payment procedure?
We accept a 50% (non-refundable) deposit up front on special orders, with the remaining 50% payable on delivery of goods. This payment can be made in cash at our shop, by bank transfer (please contact us for details) or by credit card over the phone.

Why do I need a car seat?
Motor Vehicle Crashes are the #1 cause of death for children and adults, ages 1 to 34.  Selecting a safe vehicle and properly using child restraints and seatbelts may be the most important things you can do to protect your family.

What if my car has air bags?
All new cars come equipped with air bags. When used with seat belts, air bags work very well to protect older children and adults. If your car has a passenger air bag, infants in rear-facing seats must ride in the back seat. Even in a low-speed crash, the air bag can inflate, strike the car safety seat, and cause serious brain and neck injury and even death.
YOUR CHILD IS SAFER POSITIONED AND HARNESSED IN THE BACKSEAT.

What is ISOFIX?
ISOFIX stands for "International Standards Organisation FIX". It is a new standard for installing child seats into cars, which is being adopted by vehicle manufacturers and is intended to make fitting child seats quick and simple. (Simply put, it is a base plate that latches with securing hooks inside the car and allows the car seat to be fitted and removed into the car with ease).
To find out if your car has ISOFIX points, contact the manufacturer or dealer.

BUGABOO

Isn’t the Fleece too warm for the Greek climate?
No. The Fleece allows air through and is also isolating, making it ideal for warm and cold weather conditions.

Is the Bugaboo fleece weather proof?
The Fleece on the sun canopy (hood) and the apron of the Carrycot have a special finish making them strongly water repellent, and in addition the Bugaboos come complete with a rain cover. The Bugaboo breezy ventilated sun hood and optimal UVA, UVB cover are also excellent accessories in warm, sunny climates to allow air through.

Isn’t the Fleece too difficult to keep clean?
No. The fleece can be washed at 30°C with a non bleach powder. Do not dry clean or iron, simply line dry. The Fleece is also hypo-allergenic meaning it does not attract dust and dirt, although it may become dirty from normal use. In addition, the Fleece is anti-static and will not loose this property after washing many times.

What is the origin of Bugaboo?
Bugaboo originates from Holland. The first Bugaboo was the Frog still a favourite with hip parents. Now taken over by the Minimalist Bugaboo Gecko and the Personalisation Bugaboo Cameleon.
